Sorry, I've been a bit overwhelmed at work.  I'm not quite sure what to try 
next, since we never upgraded to the newest version, and I can't try things out.

Rob reads the list from time to time - I will ping him seperately and see if he 
can suggest anything.  Also, Marc might be able to shed some light on things as 
well.
