Hello, I scanned the entire archive and found only a few references to Cygwin, years ago. Would anyone know how to make a successful Cygwin build? I can do configure and make, but make install sputtered. I can successfully make the Visual Studio build for NT, but this isn't helpful - I need the Cgywin build. Why? Because I'm want to run the Ruby-FastCGI installation next. It contains an "extension", written in C. To compile that requires the proper Fast-CGI include files and libraries. The Ruby-FastCGI package is a Linux package, so I can't build that with Visual Studio; I'm forced to stay within the Cygwin emulation system. Ruby-FastCGI is needed for use with Lighttpd, which is very useful for much better performance for Ruby-on-Rails apps. Hopeful, -Thomas ___________________________________ fastcgi-developers mailing list http://fastcgi.com/fastcgi-developers/
