DSO install instructions for FreeBSD

The 2.4.2 INSTALL instructions for DSOs don't work for me on FreeBSD.  As far as
I can tell (after much random experimentation) the neccessary command is not:

  apxs -i -a -n fastcgi mod_fastcgi.so

but

  apxs -i -a -n fastcgi mod_fastcgi.la

I hope that someone will either be able to correct me, or correct the
documentation.  Thanks!
