Build fails for Apache 2.2 + "patch"

Building the FastCGI 2.4.2 fails on Apache 2.2 unless you go into
mod_fastcgi.c and replace ap_null_cleanup with
apr_pool_cleanup_register everywhere.

Will someone please update the website with this information so the
next poor soul who comes along with Apache 2.2 doesn't have to Google
it like I did?
