Note that this is absolutely different from mod_fastcgi,
whose licence allows use of the code *only* in
implementation of conformant FastCGI servers and clients
(hilariously, since mod_fastcgi isn't itself a conformant
implementation, as the docs state). This is absolutely
maddening, since it makes mod_fastcgi nonfree and is
therefore a huge disincentive to working on it, but there
we go.
