NetBeans FreeMarker Plugin?

I see the plugin here:

But,
- That's a project to build a plugin. I'm more interested in the plugin
itself.
- It doesn't seem to work with NetBeans 6.1

Is there a good Freemarker plugin available or maybe one under development?
