Daniel, After reading your previous messages better and playing a little bit with the library, I realize that I have misunderstood you there, sorry. I will go ahead and use Configuration.getTemplate when cache is turned on and new Template(Reader, ...) otherwise. If all goes well, we don't even need any null cache storage classes, and I will be able to deliver the update to Camel before you release a new version. I will keep you posted.
