Well, take the argument the other way around. You said you switched a
lot of people over, and so did i, and so did most assuredly a many other
galeon users. Sure the new target does not care, but you forget that the
people who care, and who feel a bit forgoten by the galeon 2
development, are the same that will be advocating gnome/galeon, and
switching people over. So if they find a better browser, phoenix for
example, then it is this one they will suggest to people wanting to
switch over.

That said, i guess a compromise has been made, which will satisfy
everyone, and that is for the best.
