Mozilla-1.2b-xft-gtk2 for RH8

I've built mozilla-1.2b packages for xft and gtk2 with gcc-2.96 and
things are looking good, even plugins work! All be it with the
occasional crash, this is beta software after all.

I've been trying to upload it to galeon.ufies.org/pub/galeon/incoming
but I get permission denied. What am I doing wrong?
