This sounds very good to me and should work for both nautilus and galeon.

I'd let Ricardo comment on this since it's his code ... It appear to be
sufficient to me (but is it going to be useful also to other apps ?) Though
I think we could not switch to use it unless a more general issue is solved
(see below, right click handling).
The biggest limitation we found in bonobo is the ability to show context
menu on toolbar items and menus. The ability to show context menus over
the bookmarks toolbar is something we really need like any other browser
...
Also we had a feature in galeon 1 where using middle button on menus/ toolbar
items was opening the page in another window/tab (like for links). This
is something people seem to miss a lot and there is no way we could get
it back without extending bonobo.
Would be possible to extend the xml format to support also middle/right
click ?
Another problem we had with bonobo, sorry if it's not directly related,
is the implementation of drag and drop of items in the bookmarks toolbar.
Is there a way bonobo could be extended to make this possible ?
