I agree... this type of functionality equates to bloat in my opinion (no
flaming intended). I feel the acceptable method would be to 1) allow the
DND of images into an editor (such as Gimp) like Reinout recommended and
2) the ability to directly save the image from the right click context
menu. Those are 2 very simple solutions where the second is already
possibly (recalling from memory).
