1.3.1 release ?

After talking with tko and philipl (and yaneti who didn't feel really concerned with that issue :p), it seems that they agree on doing a 1.3.1 release soon (1.3.0 is one month old now, and some nice work has been done since then). I'm sending this mail so that people who think there are critical issues before can scream now (actually this mail is mainly targetted at you ric :) I'd like to have at least the patch from 99145 to go in (even if it is broken, it isn't very likely to be worse than the current crash). What should we do for this infamous dropdown ? change back the default especially for the release, and fix it after ? or keep the default as it is now, and reenable it for the next release once it is improved ? Finally, whoever is doing the release, don't forget the translators need some time. I'll mail them now to tell them a galeon release is coming soon, so we shouldn't do the release before the end of the week end if everyone agree that a release can be done.
