Actually, I think it might be better that the required versions were
updated to reflect the real requirements today, and added as build
dependencies in the galeon.spec.in.  See galeon-1-2 branch for an
example.  I think build dependencies are a good thing¹ when they're
accurate, but it's up to the rpm maintainer (whoever that might be.)


1. apt-get build-dep galeon-snapshot is a life saver :)
