Saving the pages is handled by mozilla. I don't think we can affect the
content it generates, so you'll have to report a bug against mozilla to
do that.

OTOH, there was some discussion/bug somewhere about encoding the
filename to include the site (something along the lines of
http:__www.gnome.org_index.html) but as far as I can remember, no one
cared enough to actually sit down and implement that.
