Right-click - Download Link?  Works for me as expected for both values
of /apps/galeon/Handlers/Downloading/ask_for_download_dir.  Some mixup
between galeon vs. galeon-snapshot ?

If the download directory isn't asked for, the configured directory is
used, not something at random.  Or, that's how it's supposed to work ;)
