adblock

Has anyone used the adblock extension recently added to
Mozilla-Firebird.  It allows the blocking of images similarly to Galeon
but with the additional ability to edit the site being block to include
a regex type filter - i.e. instead of blocking various subdomains of
doubleclick.net individually, one can modify the filter presented to
block http://*.doubleclick.*/
