Open your bookmarks, go to the folder you want to add to, right click, and
choose "add here".

There was a time when the developers had differing opinions as to what
features should stay or go.  Many were removed.  Some developers have
moved on to other projects, and now many of the removed features are being
added back in.  Patience is a virtue.

Epiphany is being built by Marco, who initiated the removal of many of the
Galeon features.  Hence, Epiphany will be the light-weight version Marco
wanted, and Ben so obviously does NOT want.  :)
