I would say that it *is* intuitive.  New things go at the end.  Now, I
will assent that different people use their browsers differently.  You
have "a plethora" of tabs open (more tabs than there's room for in the
width of the window).  I have no more than 6 tabs open per window
usually.  One of the browser behaviours I have is that I spend time on
XChat and use the "Galeon-Open in new tab" action from it.  Thus, when I
go back to my browser, I have no idea where the information I wanted is,
and I have to *search* through the tabs to find it.

I would propose that there be an option to accommodate both behaviours.

Granted, this is somewhat of a power-user thing and not entirely
intuitive.  But I expect Galeon to side with the power-user over the
HIG.  It does follow the context menu paradigm though.  It was in the
previous version.  It was an awesome feature.  It should return.
