Hmm, I think that we may get complaints about this as it is not
particularly intuative, but anyway :)

A couple of other things related to DND, it seems you can't drag from a
bookmark from the right pane into a folder on the left pane, and I don't
think you should be able to drop a bookmark between 2 folders in the
left pane, as it just tends to disappear, leaving the user wondering
where it went. 

Also if you drag a folder from the right pane to the left pane, dropping
it between 2 folders it doesn't get dropped in the correct place. This
can be demonstrated as follows: put some folders at the end of their
enclosing folder (after any bookmarks), open that folder in the left
pane, drag a folder to between 2 of the sub-folders, and they appear in
the wrong place.

(another minor point, is it possible to get move to be the default
rather than copy)
