You can reproduce this problem by: 1) Set the encoding (in the preferences) (in either galeon or mozilla) to iso-8859-2, then exit the program 2) Delete the cache directory (rm -rf ~/.galeon/mozilla/galeon/Cache, or the equivalent mozilla cache directory) 3) go http://patches.theflowerdays.com/test2.cgi and hit "submit" 4) The RAW and ENC fields will now be different showing the problem.
