This may be more appropriate for the galeon-user mailing list but some server bug does not allow me to currently subscribe. I note that the galeon FAQ indicates that large memory values do not reflect the real situation. However, it seems to me that galeon has a memory leak from what I can see. Using either the gnome system monitor or top (to track the galeon-bin process), galeon uses about 22MB for RSS when it is started (no matter how many instances you start). As you continue browsing the Internet, the RSS value grows over time (it currently reads 104MB on my system with Shared as 22MB). To me this looks like a bug. Is this known. What do I not understand that makes this OK? Gene ------------------------------------------------------- This SF.net email is sponsored by: IBM Linux Tutorials.
