Galeon 1.3.x has improved a lot lately. 

I use galeon/woody at work and galeon/sid at home, and I don't find
that galeon/sid is more incomplete. I would advice you to give it a
try, if you haven't done it allready. If you wish for a slightly more
complete comparison I refer you to a recent thread in this group.
