https handling

Hello,

I am trying to write my own gecko-based browser as a part of my PhD 
thesis. It is working to some extent, but i am stuck with an issue which 
i believe you have already solved: It is the problem of the https 
handling (in some cases, i think this is the problem with own 
certificates, but i am not sure). In my browser it looks like this: for 
some https adresses simply nothing happens when i hit enter. Literally 
nothing: no error, no exception, nothing.

Could someone point me pls to some similar code in galeon?
