RFE: custom escaping of smart bookmark arguments

It seems that many sites do not unescape urls before processing.
All of these sites I've encountered use a "+" instead of "%20"
for space. It would be great for the smart bookmark to be able to
choose between escaping or simple ' ' -> '+' replacment.
