Well, keep in mind i only have the 1.2.99.20020908-1 debian snapshot of
galeon2.

It is possible to do, just there is no UI for it, in bookmarks/edit,
there is a file menu with :

import -> from mozilla
       -> from netscape
       -> from konqueror.

I hear konqueror and galeon 2 bookmarks is the same thing, but as said,
there is no UI about it. The same goes for export BTW,.

Also, i have a little grip with the bookmark editor, it is not easy to
move stuff around, especially since the bookmarks you move are a long
horizontal white box, which hides the little black bar which shows how
to place things. And the auto open of folders makes it difficult to move
folders around below an existing folder, especially if they are at the
bottom of the currently showed items. Maybe the threshold is to fast or
something such. Maybe it has to do with the previous problem with not
correctly seeing the place you will be adding things. I don't know.

Sorry, but in galeon 1, i had a add in option in the bookmarks menu,
where there would be a menu tree of all available bookmarks folder where
i could add a new bookmark. But in galeon 2, only add a bookmark (into
the default toplevel bookmarks) is available. This makes it a very
inferior feature set to every available browser on the market which all
have more advanced ways to add bookmarks.

Well, there is also an estetic problem here. Consider the standard
toolbar (and no, i don't do usually edit my toolbars myself), there is
the back, forward, ... items with a text below. and there is the address
bar part which has no text below. Now, the first problem is that this
makes the toolbar unecesary big, but also that the icons with text are
centered around the center of both, and this makes the icons that have
text are higher than the address bar and other icons which don't have
text. This is just plain uggly to look at.

BTW, what is the drag/drop target (sorry if i misname it, i am using the
frnech locales) intented for ? It does not appear to do anything
obvious.

Yes, i added it, but again, it may very well be worth to havi it in by
default, Or at least in an accesibility theme or something such.
