Ok, very unintuitive place, but then you can also do it in the context
menu over the a folder.

The comprehension problem i see here is that you transform a folder into
a toolbar, while the more intuitive idea is to create a toolbar and put
bookmarks or folders onto it, i think.

Maybe it would be clearer if there was a button in the bookmark editor
toolbar to toggle this option, or if in addition to the add a new
folder, you would have also an add a new toolbar folder, with this
option already on. Alternatively, a little feedback beside each toolbar
folder in the bookmark view window of the bookmark editor would be
welcome, maybe having two different icon types for folders and/or
toolbar folders ? Or having a little additional icon or put the icon in
a box, or something such in case the user provides his own icon for
this ?
