Unless it's just a language problem you are completely misunderstanding
the goal :(
I dont want to do a browser for users not _used_ to the computers. As someone
pointed users can learn to use technical features, if they are interested
they may even do it with fun.
I want to do a browser for _not thecnical_ users. Non technical users are:
1 not morons, they could learn tecnichal features, they are just not interested.
2 they may even have technical clues. I consider myself at least a bit clued
about technic but I'm for sure not a technical user
In concrete I can think to a lot of users that are more used than others
to computers but that would never use a technical feature.

Now I'm not sure if your point is about not translated or too technical
strings. The translation problem is irrelevant to the problem we are discussing
(you are not saying technical users know english better than non technical
?). The technical problem is probably fixable (suggest to mozilla guys better
strings).
