By not used to computers, I more or less meant non technical users, I
couldn't find a better description when I wrote the mail :)

I am. As I see them, technical users will know how to tweak their
computer and stuff like that, which more or less forces them to
understand english a little. Amongst non technical users, you'll
probably find far more people not knowing english well enough (I'll take
my sister for example which knows how to use photoshop, but avoid
english programs since she doesn't understand english quite well - maybe
french people suck more than people from other countries at learning
english :=)

Well, I don't really care about that problem, I just wanted to mention
that issue since that is something you should be worried about imo :)
For people saying that people not understanting the message will click
on ok, I agree, but they will feel really uncomfortable having clicked
on ok without knowing what happened. Let's take the banking example.
They get the dialog, click on ok because they don't undertand it, and
then the site doesn't work because the web designer didn't test it on
mozilla or doesn't want to support it. The non technical user will think
"damn, maybe I didn't answer correctly to the previous question, that's
why it doesn't work", they'll try again, and won't see the dialog, and
won't really understand what is going on...
