Yes, Quite often even.  A lot of pages are broken in how they abuse css
and other wannabe typeset functions, and thus specifies fonts that are
less than optimal for reading. but, using the fonts doesn't mean I want
to put the webpage into high-contrast black and green for viewing (Yes,
those are my override colours)..  to make it do both would be annoying
to say the least.
