To generate the list, we ask the gnome-vfs library for the text/html and
text/plain handlers. There is a bit of a bug at the moment that the
text/plain handlers are printed twice (when we ask for the text/html
handlers, gnome-vfs gives us the text/plain ones as well (by design)).

Anyway, back to the point, to configure whats there with Gnome 2.8, find
a plain text document using nautilus, right click it, select Properties,
the "Open With", and add gvim as a handler. Once you have done that, it
should appear in the Open With menu in Galeon.
