Look in the source of the myportal: "site", you'll see that it uses a
CSS file with URI "myportal:myportal.css". Look around (locate) for
myportal.css on your machine and you'll find it - here it is in
/usr/share/galeon/myportal.css.

You can edit that file (of course make a backup copy of it, first).  If
you don't know about CSS, have a look at <http://www.selfhtml.org> for a
start.
