I'd like to confirm your experience. I'm using debian unstable
and after a recent mozilla upgrade the cursor menus in Galeon and 
Epiphany dissapeared, although with recent dist upgrades they have
re-appeared.

However, the Galeon mail-to link is still not working. Very frustrating.
