If you mean FireFox, all Mozilla browsers usually have bookmarks
stored in their configuration folder in bookmarks.html, which you can
use directly (try to open it in browser like any other html page).
Problem could be that it does look pretty spartan, but you probably
could create and associate some beautifying css with it (through
WebDeveloper extension, or userChrome.css, or...). Galeon's myportal.css
could probably be good starting point.
Another problem could be that smart bookmarks (%s) are in
bookmarks.html represented as-is, in galeon myportal they're converted
into nice input lines. I don't have any easy idea to solve this (xslt?
but bookmarks.html are not well formed xml to be easily fed to xslt
processor).
Or - better - use Galeon. (I know, I know, but what you've been
expecting in Galeon mailing list! :) ).
