The parts that interact with Mozilla are C++, the rest is C.  And it's
not really C++ as in C++ with STL, but rather C++ the Mozilla way;
components, smart pointers (nsCOMPtr), do_QueryInterfaces,
do_GetServices, and Mozilla strings (nsAString and friends.)

To my knowledge there is no real reason to use C elsewhere either, since
there's no attempt to provide any library or anything.

That shouldn't matter much.  Last I heard everyone thinks the UI is
already perfect ;)
