I think there was a bug there.  If you didn't have
~/.galeon/favicon_cache directory Galeon was unable to download
favicons.  Should be fixed in coming 1.3.20.  In the meantime just mkdir
is needed.

We show the complete URL for abbreviated labels and bookmark notes in
menus.  We just forgot to do the same for toolbar items.  It's an easy
fix if someone's interested.
