The save dialog only tells you what the web server sent as the MIME
type. Sometimes this MIME type is wrong, because the web server normally
looks at the file's suffix, and if it's ".me" or ".ME", it "knows" that
it should send "application/x-troff-me".

In this case, the filename "READ.ME" looks as it would be a normal plain
text file.
