Reiterating what I said: I have to actively double-click a tab to bring it to focus. This is indicated by a rectangle "highlight" within that tab. Only, _then_ do the arrows become active to move between tabs. BUT, that focus stays with all tabs _until_ I click anywhere on a page to remove the focus from the tabs. At _ALL_ other times a single click brings up the tab and arrows scroll that page, repeat as needed. Not at all like you describe, no need to click twice for each tab to scroll the page, but exactly like every other browser I've ever used. What is your version of galeon?
