run gtweakui-menus mark checkbox 'detachable menubars'

maybe there is also something to do in gtweakui-galeon

It is possible that you have to install gtweakui first!


BTW: I still can't understand why it is not a part of galeon
preferences. It took me few seconds to recall a name of 'gtweakui*'
program.

PS: I'm not using gnome, nor kde. Just rox+sawfish.
