Another sub-forum?

With the recent code changes to block out Windows as a supported platform, 
and, as a few users have suggested, would it be a good idea to have 
another sub-forum set up for:

G3 on Windows (Community Supported)
desc: Contributions, efforts, and discussions on supporting Gallery 3 on 
the Windows platform

Again, just an idea that might help with the time deficiencies and perhaps 
contributions/discussions on garnering 'real' fixes for the G3 on Win.
