G3 on Windows sub-forum

We could start the forum off with a sticky, explaining the security 
issues, the time constraints, and a warning/clause that 'running it on 
Windows poses a security problem' and you do so at your own risk.


As a side note:  A document that explains the GIT forking/push/pull 
process might be beneficial as well to help establish a method for these 
contributions that may be pulled in to the main source.

Again, just a thought.
