Also - what's up with pagination?  The vendor README says that there's a
3.3/develop branch upstream but
https://github.com/kohana/paginationdoesn't have one and points to
https://github.com/shadowhand/pagination which doesn't have one either.  We
need to add some security preambles there as well...
