RTF2HTML in the contrib section

Hi guys,

I need an advice from you. First, I wrote to Dmitry Potapov in order to
ask him whether we could distribute a modified version of his rtf2html.c
code. It was under a BSD license (although he did not put any license in
the code). The modified version would be GPL with copyright of the Comune
di Prato. I believe this is possible. Can you confirm this to me?

Second, I was thinking - if the distribution of the modified code is
possible - to include the sources into the contrib section. Any thoughts?

Ciao and thank you,
-Gabriele
