Email searching W/Exchange

Im not fond of the idea being the kinda guy I am, but Ive been asked, and gotta do it. Boss wants all internal Email searchable, all internal Email is on an exchange server. FWIW, everyone is pretty much an engineer, and theres gold in Email to be searched and used by others, is the premise.
