htdig multiple site search/index question

Hi, We are using htdig as a search engine on Linux based server. We have one application path where all the documents that we want to be searched by application are located. E.g. /TOMCAT_HOME/letters/userletter Currently we have one htdig.conf file and the start_url is pointing to the /TOMCAT_HOME/letters/userletter Now we are developing another application. This application will search all the documents located at different location on the same server. E.g. /TOMCAT_HOME/letters/myletter Can anyone help me to get this task resolved? I am new to htdig. Also to Do this, Do I need second instance of htdig? or Can I use the same instance of htdig to search and index multiple documents/sites?
