1) When I try index through http://localhost I get the results also in
http://localhost , If I go for this option, is there anyway in which we can
change url http://localhost to http://www.mydomain.com/ else I will write a
script which will get the results in XML, and change all localhost URLs, to
mydomain.com.

2) I tried indexing all the pages on other server where I have privilages
and then uploaded the db files on the production server, and it works.
