Re: adding accessibility test suite

As Terry noted, we were the original developers of the accessibility tests 
in Tidy.

The ATRC, as part of the Web Access Initiative, has been developing a test 
suite related to accessibility. You can view the suite at:
http://www.w3.org/WAI/GL/WCAG20/tests/

It's still under development but we will have a version ready later this 
year when the WCAG version 2 is released.

The idea behind the test suite is that anyone may implement these tests on 
whatever system they have. We'd like to add these tests to Tidy but I'm not 
sure we're going to get any funding to do so. We can provide technical 
assistance if anyone is interested in taking on the project.
