Why does Tidy-lib has these families of functions tidyNodeIsHTML,
tidyAttrIsHREF, tidyAttrGetHREF?
It would be much simpler to replace each family by a single function
with an additional enum parameter. In fact the implementation is
precisely doing that by using AttrIsId.
