Thanks for writing.  Just out of dumb curiosity, how do you use Tidy these 
days?

I was ready to concede on most points. But looking things over, I'm not so 
sure.  Arnaud has also done a good job of keeping a change log in the news 
section.  Also, someone has fixed the TidyLib API docs, which look good 
now.  The docs are decent and easy enough to find (e.g. someone added the 
man page for the command line, which looks great, btw).  For a more 
detailed change log, peruse the tidy-cvs mailing list archives.

About binaries, you are mostly right.  Most are years old.  Although, I was 
pleasantly surprised to find the new link to Dirk Paehl's current Windows 
builds (and a cross platform GUI, nice!).

I looked into the SF site docs a bit and found they no longer support have 
any form of a build farm.  This comes as no surprise.  It never worked well 
and is costly to securely maintain all those platforms.  So we must rely on 
volunteers to build for platform X, Y or Z.  I am surprised that there are 
no Linux or Mac binaries out there.  But does anyone care about tidying on 
the big Unix boxes (AIX/Sun/HP) anymore?  Should we delete old 
links?  Doubt it.  Old binaries are probably better than none.

Yes, we need source packages.  No, it is not all in an easily digested 
package.  But, it isn't a mess either.  It's pretty much WYSIWYG.  Better 
than most "Open Sores" projects.

Now, are you volunteering to build an updated doc package for 
download?  That would be great.  Say the word, and I'll add you as a developer.
