One more command line switch for 'no banner'

We use Tidy to fixup HTML source held in Subversion.  Each user might  
use different operating systems and different versions of Tidy.

Can you add a switch to allow us to give up the stripping of  the  
banner info in the HTML file.

Or at least standardize the banner...

    <meta name="generator" content="HTML Tidy">
