help with 1464108

Dear Russell,

for bug report:

I couldn't find the part of the httpunit code that the 
bug report referrs to and was therefore not able to 
create a few lines of test code.
The only reference I found was:
 wr.setHeaderField( "Accept-language", "fr, en;q=0.6, en-us;q=0.7" );


but that is writing something like described in the bug 
report not reading. There seem to be no default headers 
- when I tried to print an enumeration of header keys 
when not using setHeaderField the result was empty.

Please give me a hint on where to look or assign the bug 
to your self.
